When you browse our website, we (New Davigo) collect information that may sometimes identify you. This information is “personal data”, the processing of which (i.e. use, communication, modification, etc.) is regulated by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

what your rights are in relation to our processing of your personal data. You can also exercise these rights in other contexts where we process your data, which we will inform you of at the appropriate time.

The data you provide when completing the online form (https://vitapantol.be/en/sample/) to verify that you are a doctor (INAMI number) and send you the requested samples.

The same + the batch number of the samples sent and the date of request

What data?

The data you provide us with when you send us an email or letter: identification data, contact details, message content (your question/comment), metadata if sent by email (date and time sent, etc.)

Your name is replaced by the word “patient” or “pharmacy”, the content of the message (your question/comment)

Automation and profiling: We do not carry out profiling or fully automated decision-making based on your personal data.

3 – What can you do about our use of your personal data?

What are your rights?

 

Right of access: Find out whether we process your personal data (beyond the data processing mentioned in this text), request a copy of it, and obtain information about how we use it and to whom we transfer it.

Right to data portability: Obtain your personal data or have it transferred to another provider in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to rectification: Ask us to correct/update your personal data that

is incomplete or inaccurate.

Right not to be subject to automated decision-making: Not be subject to a decision with a significant impact that is completely automated, without human intervention.

Right to object: Challenge our legitimate interest in using your personal data.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Ask us to delete your personal data, in particular if you change your mind after we have asked for your consent before using your data.

Right to restriction of processing: Request that we temporarily suspend specific processing of your data, without deleting it.

2. We will confirm receipt of your request, possibly with questions to enable us to respond more effectively or to confirm your identity if we have any doubts.

 

3. We will respond to you no later than one month after your request. We may ask for an extension of up to two months if your request is complex.

 

Exercising your rights is free of charge, unless you make excessive requests. In this case, the law allows us to ask you for a reasonable financial contribution.
